I am stuck at 174 lost my mojo and motivation… but determined to be 150 by the end of the summer..

OK SO WE ( meaning me and my husband embarked on this weight loss journey before christmas this past year) He  went crazy psycho with excercise working out 1 hr in the morning and 1 hr at night and me I went to the gym when I could ( We have 3 kids and at that time our youngest was maybe 5 mos old) so lack of sleep and no energy kept me from going full force but with weight watchers online and excercise and the help of some water pills of which i became dependent upon  I went from 197 to 174 not a huge defeat but I was doing it then I got discouraged , slightly wel really jealous of my husband nad I gave up and then would try again but havmn’t really given it my all in a month or more but now I am determined to get to 150 by the end of summer I am at 174 I can almost see 170 then 169 and from there it should happen if I could get to 169 I would be so excited so here is my new plan… I am doing the Alli plan my husband has been taking alli from the get go but I am a scardy cat when it comes to pills and refused to toake it forever but i did and it didn’t have any really horrible side effects i.e heart racing etc.. jittery feeling, so I started yesterday with the diet trying to keep my fat intake at 30 grams for the day and my calories below 1600 the calories were hard not because I went over but I was actually full and didn’t even eat the full 1600 for the day .. I then did the alli walking plan it is 8 weeks long.. i have been going to the gym for a while so I modified it a lil to my liking I walked the treadmill at the gym for 30 min at 3.5 min and did a level 10 incline for the last 5 min burning almost 200 calories.. so my plan is to do the treadmill on days I don’t do weights but try to increase the endurance a lil to burn more calories.. on days i do my weights I plan to do my 45 min walking tape at home since my 11 month old can only with stand an hour in the play room at the gym and i sometimes don’t have time to do my weights. so wish me luck i hope to at least be at my 170 weight in two weeks..

Mon: gym first week aiming for 45 min cardio and weights legs and arms

Tues: gym, walk the track at gym for 45 min or 2 miles .. weights back and abs

Weds: gym, eliptical for 45 min , weights, legs and arms

Thurs : gym walk the track, weights back and abs

Friday: gym, eliptical machine 45 min, weights arms and legs

Sat and Sun may or may not take these days off no weights though just cardio
